Will updates break my campaigns?+
No. In-flight campaigns and saved sequences stay locked to the configuration you launched with. New capabilities show up as opt-in upgrades inside the dashboard — you choose when to adopt them.
Where can I request features?+
Email the team via the contact page or DM the founders on LinkedIn. We read every request, prioritise the ones that unblock real campaigns, and reply with timing when we lock them in.
Are old features deprecated?+
Rarely, and never silently. If we replace a feature, the new version ships alongside the old one for at least 60 days, with an in-app prompt explaining the switch. Anything mission-critical gets a longer window.
