Yes. You're creating an AI clone of yourself (or of a teammate who has given explicit consent), which is fully legal. Outvid prohibits creating Personas of people without their written permission. You're responsible for complying with anti-spam regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR when sending outreach, just as with any email tool.
